Our warehouse staff are highly trained and will package your items according to our precise and precise specifications. Before shipping, all goods are thoroughly inspected and securely secured. The distribution centers and warehouses distribution are located in Europe and the USA.

Note: Orders containing multiple items will have a distinct processing period for each item.

Prior to shipping before shipping, we'll conduct a thorough inspection of the items you've purchased. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. Delivery time ranges between 3-7 days.

Returns

Due to the multiple parties involved, including the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to effectively manage inventory. The levels of stock can change at any given time. It is possible that the stocks could be depleted after your order has been processed.

Our policy lasts thirty days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we cannot give you a refund or exchange.

Your item must be in the original packaging and not be used. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
