Blend of barrel aged wild ales with 2 lbs per gallon of whole organic apricots from See Canyon Fruit Ranch in San Luis Obispo. This is a blend of four beers ranging from 4-10 months in age. This beer has a crazy aromatic fresh apricot flavors with hints of fresh cut roses. it has a medium level of complex acidity, and a very full mouthfeel.
