Five Or Seven was created from a blend of wine barrels containing golden sour. We then blended it with a plethora of passion fruit pulp. This particular passion fruit is of the sweeter variety and was harvested in the Santa Barbara area. pair with strawberry pavlova, dark chocolate covered almonds, or coconut shrimp.
Our fruited sours are best enjoyed fresh to ensure full fruit flavor, however, our cultures will continue to develop with proper cellaring.
